We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit card purchases require a photo ID. Personal checks and Apple Pay are not accepted.

Will Call is located at the box office windows in the main lobby at the Broad Street entrance of the arena. 

A valid photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. You may also be asked for the confirmation email and/or credit card used to purchase the tickets. Only the person whose name is on the account can pick up the tickets. 

Will Call is available during both normal business hours and during events. Some tickets may not be available until the day of the event (i.e. Promoter Will Call, VIP tickets, Fan Club tickets). Be sure to check your confirmation email for details on your will call options as they are usually included during the time of purchase. 

The Liacouras Center is fully compliant with all ADA accessibility guidelines.

Accessible seating for events can be purchased online. On the event’s Ticketmaster page, select the ‘filters’ button on the sidebar and click the ‘Show accessible tickets’ option.

All tickets are subject to taxes and facility fees. Facility fees vary by event and are not always listed in the advertised price set forth by the promoter. 

All purchases made online are subject to additional service charges. All fees are subject to change. 

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased at the Box Office or online. Customers may upgrade their tickets when possible, however this is not guaranteed, and it is at the sole discretion of the box office or event promoter. Fees may apply. 

In the instance of an event cancelation, all credit cards will be automatically refunded from the point of purchase. Patrons who paid with cash will need to go to the Box Office for a refund. All order charges and delivery fees are non-refundable.   

The Liacouras Center Box Office, Liacourascenter.com, ticketmaster.com, and Owlstix.com (for Temple Basketball ONLY), are the only authorized sellers of tickets to events held at The Liacouras Center. 

The Liacouras Center and any affiliate are not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than the above stated authorized selling channels; and will not honor, exchange, or refund duplicate, counterfeit or invalid tickets.
